By injection molding an insulating resin layer onto the outer diameter and width surfaces of the bearing&#39;s outer ring, the bearing suppresses the flow of electric current into the bearing and reduces the occurrence of electrical pitting. The product offers insulation performance with a withstand voltage of 1,000 V or more and is compatible with 800 V battery systems. Through optimization of material selection and molding methods, the bearing ensures high durability across a wide range of temperature conditions, thereby enhancing the reliability and extending the service life of e-Axles.</span></p>
